Neon Thunder

Pegasus dude with a bit of a toxic personality. Neon Thunder is no stranger to speaking what's on his mind, and is a little snappy when everypony starts getting on his nerves. He loves to tease and get a rise out of other ponies, often not realizing when hes taken something a little too far and acting way too shocked when others snap back at him. Thunder's big head also gets him into a lot of tight situations, most of which ends with him being bailed out by his bf Manic Panic. They both love going to raves and other parties, where Neon Thunder likes to challenge other ponies to outrageous stunts (none of which end well, but damn it if he isn't gonna try).
