fan character for fortuna/the cosmosdex! half tourist/half contractor type thing... i wuv them

design notes:
- child of enn and alu but only in the fortuna au
- their legs are robotic. as such they dont need to wear pants or shoes but they usually do anyway because if they dont it usually becomes a situation of "orias why arent you wearing any pants" and thats just too much for them to deal with usually
