World Hopper

World Hopper is the eldest daughter of Princess Twilight Sparkle and Royal Commander Tempest Shadow. She is older than her sibling Poison Bounce by an hour, as they are non-identical twins.

On the surface, she is a sweet but snooty pony who would do anything to keep her kingdom safe - but deep down, she is bitter and resentful of her sibling for being a unicorn. She believes that she is unable to become ruler as long as Poison Bounce is alive, but she can't bring herself to kill them. It'd be bad for publicity, after all.

She was concieved by Twilight and Discord, however due to Discord already dating Fluttershy and Twilight falling in love with Tempest, he used his magic to make World Hopper and Poison Bounce genetically Tempests and not his. It had its flaws, such as Poison losing their back legs, however for the most part it worked. She grew up, starting to grow bitter of Poison Bounce and their magic lessons and the expectations that they would later rule Equestria, even though they never took it seriously. This lead to fights between the two, sometimes physical, sometimes arguing. When the media found out about how they were concieved, they had a field day, and World Hopper was angry that she could have gotten powers beyond that of anyones knowing. Discord fled Equestria afterwards.

So, she made a plan. Once she became an adult, she told Twilight she was going to find Discord and train under him to learn chaos magic. Twilight told her that was nice, and kept working, leaving World Hopper more angry that even as she was leaving her mother was too busy for her. She found Discord, and basically begged to be trained in the art of chaos magic, so that she may prove herself as the better sibling. Discord was worried, as he had left his daughter Grass Whistle back in Ponyville and he feared that teaching World Hopper chaos magic may cause Equestria - and by extension, his old family - to crumble. He taught her anyways.
