Tuck
Tuck is one of Ducky's sons, and Rufus's brother. He and Rufus belonged to Tommy when he was eight, and he had them until Tuck passed away at 14 (Tommy was 22) and Rufus passed away at 16 (Tommy was 24).
Rosa loved these doofy dogs, and she only barely knew them.
Tuck is just as derpy and sweet as his dad, but fairly energetic for a basset hound. He like his father enjoys singing.
