Malia

🌺Malia is an aspiring Mantine Surfer who trained under Professor Oak, hoping to one day enter into the Mantine Surf League, which she always preferred over Pokémon battling. When practicing she knows that developing a bond with her Mantine is as important as is being able to surf well. She and her Mantine are very close, often swimming and diving together by the white sand shores of Ula'Ula Beach and collecting sea treasures, with her best friend Kalea and her Horsea.

 🌺Malia's first Pokémon was a Raichu, which inspired her love of surfing. She and her Raichu, named Kalena, often wear matching hakus (flower crowns).

 🌺She admires the graceful swimming abilities of Frillish and Jellicent, although she rarely goes near them for fear of their sting.
