overall backstory 

Roy comes from a fantasy medieval world eith absurdly new technology awkardly integrated. He is the prince of an small kingdom called Déster.

Due to his irresponsibility he got disinherited and his sister has the throne, however he is actually the one that takes care of the place since her sister is just a child. 

The kindom used to be vast and big, however after Roy's parents deceased it all went downhill. Roy aspires to recover or wt least stabilize the small town that survived a foreign invasion.

Personality 

He is an explosive hyperactive short dumbass, no braincells but very charismatic. He is naturally a leader and he easily gets his message across. He enjoys life and he wants to take the most of it. Kinda contrarresting the grumpyness of Jose.
