Boghran is Etheru's father (https://toyhou.se/5584774.etheru), a very serious dad and Twilight Knight!
He's another high ranked one among the Twilight Knights Order and is a very bulky warrior. He usually wears a Twilight gauntlet on his right hand and the right part of his armor is covered in runes. He doesn't have any physical disorder, the gauntlet and runes are here for support, in order to improve his control over his weapon which is quite heavy (he's the only one able to use it). He's an expert in Twilight Spear and wrestling/melee.
Boghran is a loving father and taught his daughter how to survive in the cruel world at early age, reason why she got so fierce and strong. Alas, she never followed her father steps and chose the councillor career instead of the Twilight Knight one. Boghran is very proud of her however, especially when he saw her applying his methods for politics. X'D
