A humanoid type creature that evolved to be able to navigate the sea and harsh waves. Nemesis comes from very ancient times.
He gained some supernatural abilities to become an aquatic type reaper, known for being The Reaper of Rain, only emerging from the shores to collect human souls.
Nemesis is able to blend into solid water and even fog effortlessly.
He never shows his face... there probably even is an actual face there.
Instead, the physical contents of his coat seem to be an endless void that numerous blades and knickknacks are retrieved from.
