Icestar is a she-cat of short stature bein a few inches smaller then the average cat. She has an average build otherwise with a fluffy double layered coat. Because she is part Russian Blue, her tabby markings are an exaggerated blue color brought out by the white that makes up the rest of her fur color. She has one icy blue eye giving the she-cat her name sake, originally both were blue. She is missing about half of her face on the right side with a deeper scratch from a later battle on her socket where her right eye once was. Both of her ears are torn, though the right is mostly gone. She has a battle scarred back and legs. This she-cat has a darker blue muzzle, chest/belly, and paws. She has slightly lighter blue tabby markings on her haunches running up her tail until it meets her white tip. Her left eye running up her ear is also tabby along with her left shoulder and back legs.

Early Life

As a kit, Icestar's brother would always tease her for being smaller than him. Her dad was never around because of unknown reasons to her, all her mother said was he was far away. Icekit grew older and once she was an Apprentice she was given the honor to have Redstar, Grassclan's Leader at the time, as a mentor. One quiet night Icepaw went out for a long stroll ending up far beyond the boundaries of the clans she knew of. That was where she found out about the existence of other clans! A she-cat around her age by the name of Foxpaw had become quick friends as they met every season to share news of their different worlds. They remained close throughout her life. Things quickly took a turn for the worst when their camp was raided by a group of foxes. A fox was headed straight for the unguarded nursery. Icepaw ran after the fox and attacked it, but alas she was not nearly powerful enough to take on a fully grown fox all on her own. She lost the battle...along with her entire right side of her face.

Calm before the Storm

After losing her ear and her eye, she because very insecure after her wounds healed and her training continued. Icepaw spent the time in the Medicine Cat's den learning basic herbs while she gained her strength back giving her very helpful knowledge that helped her out over the course of her life. Once returning to training, the other Apprentices of her own and other clans would always make fun of her for looking different from them. But she trained hard to serve her clan to the best of her abilities and finally gained her warrior name, Icepelt. Later on in life, a childhood friend, Wildfire, asked her to be his mate and about 6 moons later, having 2 kits. Their names were Turtlekit and Duskkit at the time but later on when they gained their Warrior names, being known as Turtledove and Duskstone.

Bitter Rival

Icepelt however, had to give them up because her sworn rival in the clan, Rosefall, wanted to be Deputy but would tare the clans apart if she grew to be Leader. Icepelt was offered the position of Deputy over Rosefall and Rosefall threatened to kill her kits if she took the position. Her brother Frostheart was leaving to be a Kittypet to escape the growing threats in the clan and Icepelt asked her brother to take her kits with him to protect them. Once she became Deputy, she was attacked by Rosefall out of rage but Rosefall was banned from the clan for her actions. A while passes and a fire rages through camp. Redstar was on her last life and was never found after the blaze. Knowing the clan needed a Leader, Icepelt finally stepped up gaining the name Icestar and soon Frostheart returned to the clans with her now Warrior aged kits.

Temptations

Wildfire was though to be dead after a boader dispute and his body never was found, Icestar grew depressed from being alone all the time but after a gathering, found Sootstar wheezing in pain and she killed him to end his suffering, a long time passed and they became mated and Icestar gave birth to his kits naming them Wolfkit, Mistkit, Silverkit, and Winterkit whom was thought to have been still born but later turned out to be alive and became the Medicine Cat of Grassclan reuniting with her mother. Icestar gave up her kits to Sootstar to consul their forbidden relationship and broke it off with the tom.

Battle of the Frost

After Lightclan was eradicated by Echoclan and their vengeful leader Coldstar, the Battle of Frost took place where Icestar was thought to have been killed in battle after being dropped off a cliff. Echoclan was the remnant of Darkclan, a group of nasty rogues formed by Rosefall after her banishment. After the death of Rosefall by Icestar's claws in her youth, the remaining cats of Darkclan later formed Echoclan becoming stronger then ever under Coldstar's rule. Due to her shame of the loss, Icestar didn't return to Grassclan for a long time and stayed with an old Rogue friend by the name of Twilight. Eventually the she-cat healed emotionally and physically and returned to her clan where a good friend of hers, Morningsun had taken over for her while she was gone but happily gave back the position of Leader. In exchange for helping to keep the clan safe, Icestar made Morningsun her Deputy. Morningsun ended up serving her for the rest of Icestar's reign until Grassclan fell.

• Icestar is a moxed breed cat with Russian Blue mixed into her DNA giving her that signature blue tabby look.
• She actually smells like lilac flowers because she likes to roll in them every time she finds some.
• Her favorite time of the day is the night time, she has always been a night owl and fascinated with stargazing whenever her duties allowed for it.
• Icestar was born in leaf-bare hence why she and her brother are both named after the cold months, winter is also her favorite time of the seasons.
• This one eyed cat has been through many iterations of her story both from me growing older and more experience, but also using her in multiple roleplaying communities over the years.
• She was originally an electric blue and white color scheme with the white being the base color for her coat, and the electric blue being similar to her now tabby markings.
