Profile
A former high-ranking gem in Blue Diamond's court, Aquamarine became bored with the aristocratic life and decided to run her own private detective agency. After Top's failed relationship, she offered her to join the newly formed "Aquamarine detective agency" as the "Brawn" to her "Brains." They became very close over years of working together, and conduct a secret relationship.
Top and Aqua work together to solve various "Mysteries" around homeworld (and after the start of SU's 3rd era, earth), caused by the dastardly "Callie" (Calcite). They are often accompanied by Maxixe, who keeps them "out of trouble." Though they don't approve of it, the Diamonds allowed Top and Aqua to continue with their work because of great reviews from other homeworld gems.
Aqua and Top fuse to form Mystic Topaz.
