Valentine is a mischievous and flirty character. He likes to annoy other tomos, but overall, he is a nice person and never intends to hurt anyone. His teasing is mostly harmless and it's pretty obvious that he is just playing around. But he can occasionally go to far and sometimes gets yelled at for being annoying; he is always apologetic when this happens though and genuinely feels bad about it. He is very affectionate toward people he likes, frequently hugging them or holding their arm. He can be cold and sarcastic toward people he doesn't like however and tends to hold grudges easily.

He works as a maid at a maid cafe. He really enjoys his job and loves to make the customers happy. He thinks the maid outfits are cute and really enjoys wearing them. Occasionally he will get creepers who take pictures of him without his permission or just act strangely toward him which understandably makes him uncomfortable. But most of the time, the customers are very kind so he is able to look past that aspect of his job for the good parts of it and is still able to wholly enjoy it.
