Backstory

Born and raised in America, she grew up with her two parents and an older sister(name coming soon). The two of them had a pretty normal childhood, playing with each other and doing fun kid stuff. it wasn't until teenage-hood when things started getting heated in their household, as her sister and parents would clash and argue almost daily. The two of them move to Morioh because of this and live on their own, having little contact with their parents. Her older sister has always been there for her, and always wants the best for Mitsuko, which is where a lot of the disagreements came from with their parents(they always wanted Mitsuko do to what THEY think is best/more successful, even if it's not something she wants. Whereas her sister believes Mitsuko should always do what makes her happy/what she wants) and is pretty much the one who raised Mitsuko.

Stand

Called "Mr. Brightside"(or just Brightside), this stand is an organic(?) non humanoid stand with the ability to manipulate light. it's powers include:

light energy creation - makes tools/objects/creatures/buildings out of light with varying permanence and solidity/consistency(it can range from jelly-like to completely solid)
Rainbow solidification/manipulation(cuz u know rainbows r just light but kinda wet)-can create and shape rainbows. This ability is mostly used for fun, however she IS able to make items/customize with it
light energy infusion- basically she infuses a persons soul with light to make them "brighten" up their moods lol

Trivia

Hobbies include studying, painting and collecting adorable stuffed animals!
Favorite foods are chocolate banana(with sprinkles), calimari and various treats found at a Japanese market
Mistuko is very organized and clean(a trait she shares with her sister), her notes/handwriting is very clear which is why everyone is always asking for them lol
Because of her friendly nature Mitsuko avoids conflict as much as she can(due to this trait she's also a pushover and agrees to do things she doesn't always want to do..)

Acts like a mom/older sister mix. Worries about Mitsuko's happiness and well-being but also loves to mess around and do fun things with her. She's a very cool lady and doesn't take BS from anyone
