Personality : An exceptionally serious and aloof mothcat who was born and raised on the streets of the mainland. Like her tarantula companion, Sapphira is quick and aggressive, and is always keeping an eye out for trouble. Growing up on the mainland has hardened her spirit and strengthened her body. Sapphy is an agile fighter who would not allow another to push her around. However, there is a bit of warmth under her fierce exterior. Sapphy is loyal and protective of those who earn her respect, and she would gladly stick up for a close friend.
Backstory : Sapphira roamed the streets of the human mainland since her hatching. The grit and dirt of the roads and back alleys was her disguise when it came to outwitting dumb humans. Over time she amassed a following and became the leader of a cat street gang that had an affinity for spiders. This peculiar detail came about when Sapphira let a pet Suntiger Tarantula loose and claimed it as her companion. While on the streets her crew would battle against similar gangs. However, one gang would ultimately become her rival, that of course being the crew led by Alpha. Despite the adversarial relationship the two groups were evenly matched. Confrontations would always end in a draw. Everything changed when her rival was catnapped by some humans. After hearing about Alpha's capture her underlings rejoiced, but Sapphira wasn't satisfied. Determined to rescue the other cat she rallied the members of her team together who were willing to assist and went to save the other mothcat. Of course, the other crew members defected, thinking that saving a member of the enemy was treasonous. Sapphira saw things differently though and decided that the humans were the true enemy. After rescuing Alpha she and her compatriots disappeared into the night. A few weeks later she met with Alpha again, learning that he sought her out to leave the human mainland and sail to Aldora.
