Castel Ròsach is a Pokémon trainer from the GALAR region. He is the leader of a MINOR LEAGUE GYM which specializes in DRAGON TYPES. Minor league gyms do not contribute towards the GALAR GYM CHALLENGE, but defeating the leader and earning a badge is a sign of COMPETENCE in training pokemon of that gym's set type.

Castel is 6'0" (without heels). He typically wears a white frilly blouse with a royal blue cape, high waisted pants and blue high heeled boots with white accents. He has a cane, which he claims is for decoration as part of the outfit, but is really for support on rare occasions. He doesn't usually need it for its actual purpose - but carries it around just in case, and also because it "looks cool". He loves the decorative dragon head that loops around the top end of the cane, even if it is uncomfortable for him to hold. He wears his hair over his left eye, covering a scar he got when he was 16 from an accident involving a dangerous dragon pokemon he was training. 

Castel is calm and composed for the most part. He finds pokemon battles to be exhilarating, and likes to flaunt a lot. He is very showy, sometimes letting his excitement get the better of him - but not often. He rarely lets his emotions get the better of him, and the only people who have seen this are his sister, FALLON, and his rival, ERIC. He puts on a charming front to entertain his opponents as he considers them guests to his dragon tower, which functions as both a home for his pokemon and a training ground for those who wish to become dragon tamers.

History

Castel is the older brother of FALLON, a psychic specialist that has her own gym. Though they do not get along, they enjoy one-upping another in battles (which Castel seldom agrees to, because of how worked up Fallon gets over them) and are very competitive siblings. They work exceptionally well together in double battles, though neither of them will admit it - their minds practically work as one with their tactics and their major differences in approaching a battle work nicely to create a flow that has them flooring their opponents. 

an old stone tower filled with knick knacks and all sorts, various miniature hoards for each dragon pokemon. you essentially play hide and seek with 10 of the dreepy - 5 of which involve battling a trainer. each trainer will give you a hint as to where the next dreepy is hiding, and the tenth one - the final one to find, is hiding under castel's cape, and as you reach the top of the tower, you will either see him sitting on a throne-like armchair or looking wistfully out of the window, lost in his thoughts. you then battle him for the COMET BADGE, a trinket of glittering sapphire blue in the shape of a shooting star.

• His favourite pokemon is DRAGAPULT. He raises Dreepy, which can be found hiding in the little nooks and crannies of his tower, his established gym grounds (and sometimes in his cape!)
• He is very insecure about his scar, and keeps it hidden at all times. Even Fallon doesn't remember what it looks like, insisting it "can't be that bad".
