when commissioning me for art and/or designs, you are hereby following these terms,

↳ do not alter/remove my signature from any of my works

↳ do not steal my art/designs and claim it as your own

⮑ taking inspiration from my adopts is ok though !! however mind whether youre taking inspiration or starting to copy

↳ designs you acquire from me may not be sold for a higher price than you obtained unless it has extra art attached to it

⮑ if you have obtained a design for me for free via adoption, design trade or the like you may only price it for selling based on its extra art. in some cases selling the oc may not be permitted

↳ you may sell my designs for usd if you have initially purchased it for usd or have put in usd (by way of personal or commissioned art, etc.) that equals or exceeds its original worth

⮑ if a design has been bought with fake currency and the extra art also fake currency, then the design is only viable to be sold for fake currency

↳ if a design i make is within a closed species, please abide by those rules and conditions along with my own

⮑ if you plan on transferring one of my designs into or out of a cloed species please ask my permission first.

↳ you may make minor changes (colour shifts and small things) to designs you acquire from me, but please let me know about more major design overhauls

↳ if an adopt from me changes hands, itd be appreciated if youd link the receiver this tos !!

↳ i reserve the right to refuse offers/commissions with or without disclosed reasons

↳ my designs are never to be uploaded to amino.

failure to comply with these tos may result in being put on the blacklist, preventing you from ordering from me/acquiring designs by me in future
