Sonnet and Lyric

Before Sonnet became acquainted with her companion, Lyric she was on a self-discovering adventure through snowy landscapes and towering mountains. She wanted to discover who she really was and find out what mattered most. The first few days were the easiest for her, as she went into it believing it wouldn't be a big deal and took it as if it was a nice vacation from drab reality. Though as days passed she began to get bored and contemplated going back, however when she tried to locate where she was, she found out, she was lost. She made her way into an old ruin deep within a cave and discovered a mythical bird flying around the very top of the ruin, hovering over a blazing light. After making her way to the top the bird flew over to her and dropped a flaming orb into her hand. Then came a blinding light that transformed her into what she is now, with Lyric staying by her side forever.
