- While Judas doesn't posess any supernatural powers like other jailers, Judas does make up for it with the biological construction of his jaws. His skull combines features from dunkleosteus as well as the quadrate bone and split lower jaw of a snake. His muscles combine features from said snakes and crocodilians, while his bottom teeth are akin to spotted hyenas. This is just a brief overview of his set up, but he is able to bite with 60,000 lbs of force while also being able to hold his jaws open 360 degrees like a snake. He has a thoracic shield bone in his neck just behind the jaws that absorbs the shock. This all also means that Judas doesn't have flexible lips and that he can't bite softly, he always clamps down with full pressure.
- While most jailers that came directly from The First One usually don't have eyes, they can still see. Judas wasn't created by The First One, so his being born blind is more of a birth defect thing. He's not completely without vision, just what he does see is a completely blurry mess of gray, black, and white. Understandably, he can't truly see, so he relies on his sense of smell to navigate. This works for him as he has a heightened sense of smell than biologically possible.
- As Judas is actually a snake, he has a venom gland. He uses his venom like spitting cobras, being able to compress the gland and send venom shooting out of small openings in his fangs. The venom he produces is actually akin to holy water, so it harms other jailers and strains. Judas has a thick, gripping ooze for saliva which protects his mouth from his own venom. This ooze also makes his multiple prehensile tongues more sticky, strengthening their grip.
- Incapable of feeling full, Judas is constantly hungry. While it seems like he's kind of a black hole, he actually can only hold 25,000 gallons of content in his stomach. No, he doesn't feel any less hungry when he hits this limit. This is due to his body naturally producing next to no leptins.
- His heartbeat is very slow.
- Judas is frequently too scared to sleep. He worries too much about every little possible thing that could go wrong if he fell asleep.
- Quite hilariously, Judas is actually the smallest known jailer if you don't count Xanthos and Valero in their mortal forms, only counting their true forms. Most jailers are above 100 feet tall, while Judas only reaches eight foot six inches.
- Since he's blind, Judas loves other sensory experiences and can become kind of obsessed with them. He loves chewing on things, hearing certain sounds repetitively, and sniffing things. His favorite part of any trip to the store is getting to smell the fragrance candles. He also likes ASMR videos where they do not talk, because talking "only RUINS it", as he says. He also loves running in circles.
- Sadly, he has fleas. He often kicks at flea bites like a dog scratching with their back leg.
- Though he seems rather dumb, he does actually have a great memory. He often buries bones and can find them again very accurately no matter how much time has passed.
- He's a very bad liar. He often says "I promise so much" when he's being dishonest, which to those who know him is a dead giveaway. Fortunately, he is very rarely dishonest.
- Judas has problems with his giant horns getting his big head stuck in small spaces that he couldn't see were too small. Moira's had to pry his head out of a lot of trees after he started chasing actual squirrels.
