Rila is typically very quiet and at the start of the story, only has 1 friend (Dinah). She's very good at listening and observing, and often appears cold to others. She keeps secrets, thinking that it would protect the other party, but ends up causing more harm than good. She's calm, speaks formally, and chooses her words carefully. There isn't much direction in her life other than going to school and working.
She doesn't have many friends and is a lone-wolf type of character. She believes her main weakness is the bond she shares with Dinah, but at the same time, she cares too much about her to cut her loose. Throughout the story, she starts warming up and opening up to others. She ends up being a really easy-going person and doesn't hesitate to give information if it helps them solve their case. She's also really good at tolerating people, even if she wants to cut their throats. She shows respect to everyone, even if they don't deserve it, and never looks down on anyone. She is one of the few logical people in the group.

Rila was raised by her father. When she was young, their village was attacked so they had to flee. She ended up moving around pretty often and didn't stay in one city for more than a year. This led her to having no friends and socialization skills. Her father was part of an assassin organization and trained her to do the same. She didn't question it though. One day, her father vanished and jobs started piling up. She decided to complete his jobs while he was gone and thus started her night activities of hunting.
One night, Chase thought he saw someone traveling on the rooves of houses and claimed that he saw a ninja. This sparked an interest with his organization members and they sought to hunt her down. Since Dinah was in the organization, she told Rila about the ninja hunt--which made Rila cease her activities for a few days for fear of Dinah finding out her real identity. A few nights later, she received another job but also a threat: To kill Chase or watch her home burn just like her village. As a result she asked Dinah to join their ninja hunt, with her main goal being to isolate Chase from the group and kill him.

Friends
Rila cares deeply for Dinah since she was her first ever friend. She likes how upbeat and optimistic Dinah is. Dinah may be too energetic for her, but her attitude and aura helps keep Rila afloat.
Chase Yang
Friends
Rila and Chase both help each other out. She helps him in regards to his situation and he helps her with her emotions. She sees him as an awkward older brother.

She finds Crescenzo annoying but tolerates him.
Man, I really liked assassins LOL. She's not the first and definitely not the last. I'm thinking about all my other old assassin ocs. Anyways, Rila exists because I was watching Arrow and it was the season with the League of Assassins. That's why she's an assassin and uses a bow. Her name came from Rila Fukushima, who played Tatsu in the series. Yea. That's how she was born. She wasn't supposed to be important but I ended up liking her too much and made her important lulz.
