Vultise is a happy-go-lucky kind of guy who gets distracted easily and often ends up messing things up accidentally when he's not paying attention to his surroundings. He's talented in destruction spells, but has a special knack for necromancy. Rather than manipulating the souls to fight for him, he mainly uses his skills to bind them just long enough to get the needed information from them

He hails from one of the ashlander clans, but is hesitant to speak about his past. He has admitted he's been exiled.

On his travels in Vvardenfell Vultise met Falre, a hulking dunmer who later on, much to Vultise's surprise, turned out to be the nerevarine. Vultise volunteered to help Falre to communicate with the ashlander clans, and the two grew close over time.
