Personality
✖ Known to dip between lethargy and intense energy.
✖ Has a slightly voracious appetite, to appease his stomach, and his mind.
✖ Not afraid to get dirty, not afraid to do things that are hazardous to him, and others.
History
Notes are left on a note left behind, carefully tucked away by the creature;
- 2 parts cognac
- 1 part apple brandy or Calvados
- 1 part sweet vermouth
A recipe for the ailing and the tired, the day after. Stir with ice, place in a cocktail glass, with a memory and a drop of
your own blood. Leave for three days and if done correctly, a companion you should have for life. I hope I have done
this right, for an assistant to this cause is harder to come by.
Who wants to die so easily?
It was an accident, a slip of the table it was on, and the drink spilled a little.
My guilt is endless, but it seems to pulse with the familiar feeling that I woke to it creating last night. Hopefully the
good gods are not bothered by the small sacrifice. I will cherish the companion, no matter what the end results, but
I am unaware as to what the reprecussions of my slip will be.
Three days passed, and the concoction lay silent. Five days went, and I worried that I had ruined the work I had put in,
but, I have come home to a small creature resting where the drink and wish had lain. His (?) face is mutilated and his
paws have been stripped, but he appears to be entact - if a little chilled to the touch. He follows my finger and seems
to learn quickly.
I just hope he is willing to embark with me, in to the deep below, to find those who have left us.
I am sorry, Julien.
Years have passed, but the writer does not remain.
