• His creation was thanks to my sister getting super dried and crusty hands in the winter which I referred to as "dragon scales".
• Him being mute was originally from making a silent comic, but ultimately wanted more variety in characters.

Feliks is a super friendly dragon with a heart of gold. He likes to help people when he can, and enjoys making new friends. However trouble seems to follow him, even if he's never actively trying to look for it. He is super curious and loves to learn as well teach others. He can be very protective of people when the situation calls for it, wanting to protect those that cannot protect themselves.

Beginnings

Feliks was found as a young hatchling that had fallen out of his nest. Being completely mute, he had a hard time calling attention to his parents that he had fallen, and would've been left to mostly have died. That is until an older human had come across the hatchling. The human took Feliks into his home to raise him into a healthy dragon. This is where Feliks got his appreciation for the good humans could do, and where he got his more dog-like behaviors since the human owned a couple of his own.

Feliks grew in the small arctic town, defending its more helpless residents from the guards that tried to take advantage of them or abuse their title. It caused his caretaker a lot of stress and trouble, but Feliks' helpful nature wouldn't leave him. Even as he began to grow bigger and eventually learning how to shapeshift into a human form by one of the nearby Arctic Dragons that had come into town. Once he was big enough he was encouraged to see the world. He wanted to learn more so he could spread his kindness to others.

That's eventually how he ended up running into Jin, a raging fire dragon who was terrorizing a town Feliks happened to be visiting. Feliks was able to take Jin down and away from the town, before making an attempt to calm Jin. Feliks made quite an impression on Jin, and soon the pair were traveling the world together.
