Sanction

Sanction is a rather happy being despite their internalized emotions and job. They don't really like going places too often, but will eagerly tag along with friends. They can be hard to talk to and get to know at first as they only speak in small bits and fragments without any explanation. One would have to ask specific questions to really pry out info from them. However, if they trust you enough and consider you a friend, they will happily talk in full sentences with true expression. Unfortunately Sanc's emotions are very unstable and it's easy for them to freak out over little things; typically those being loneliness or general silence from people. It makes them think they're worse than they actually are and their constant moping can come off as annoying.

Demoted god, or not, Sanction still has a job to do. Their job is to simply assign sanctions to people, animals, and other beings. They typically only assign sanctions to those who have done wrong, but they don't hesitate to assign a couple to people who do good as well. As assignment is their job, it's Penalty's job to carry out the punishment. Sometimes Penalty is unavailable however, so Sanction will usually take matters into their own hands and carry out the punishment themselves.

Sanction, being a slightly unstable manifestation has odd quirks and abilities compared to their original counterpart. These abilities include slight body diffusion by allowing objects and other materials to pass through their body with ease, and their head cracking, casually breaking when under heavy stress/panic eventually leading up to reformation in the long run. They also have the ability to fuse with other sentient beings and defuse whenever they chose. However, they don't like doing this often as they can't trust themselves to keep their personality stable and they don't want to ruin the other person with what memories they have stored in the back of their mind. Being almost a completely different person with a different personality may prohibit the time in which they defuse with the other person.

Sanction was originally apart of a larger being named Capital Punishment. After two bodily deffusions (the second being Retribution), Sanction and Penalty came to be, listed under The Second Division.

• Sanction -- a threatened penalty for disobeying a law or rule // official permission or approval for an action.
• Sanction got their name after I made Penalty. They had no real name in the beginning.

• They have both anxiety and bipolar disorders and they are very dependent on company to stay calm.
• Sanction's body is roughly weightless, having their head hold actual weight to it.
• Sanction is super resistant to pain on their body and loves getting touched, taking stabs and jabs, and overall, just getting hurt to feel something. This arouses them and they tend to stutter quite a bit when excited.
• However, taking hits on their head is super painful and they avoid that as much as possible.
• They are typically looked down upon by other gods.
• They don't get mad easily.
• Sanction's ichor is a little darker than their body color (#212529).
