Backstory:

Elara was found washed up on the shores of Waterdeep by a woman named Fiona. Since waking she can't recall any of her past, and isn't sure if she wants to look into it or not. As she's been traveling with the group, exploring the Dungeon of the Mad Mage, she's learned of some of her past. Her origins are still a mystery but until recently she was a slave under the thumb of the Xanthar's Guild. Still bearing their mark on her shoulder blade. As well as two large scars where wings once sat. She is determined now to find and free those who wish for it, and bring the slave traders to a proper justice when she can. For now it's just death. Which seems pretty proper to her.

Personality:

Naive, cheeky, has a short attention span, doesn't pick up on social cues very well, but is very unabashed when it comes to herself. She's an open book and enjoys playing her lute for those willing to listen. Despite being a bit on the slow side she is actually quite quick witted, and has a sharp tongue to back it up. She makes friends fairly easily and enjoys making them smile. Though true to the bard troupe, she is a huge flirt, and enjoys the reactions that come with her sweet, flattering words.

Fun new stuff:

-After a crazy run in with a cursed piano, and almost losing her life to it, she no longer holds scars on her wrists because of the regenerative properties to her hands that followed destroying the piano.

-Narrowly escaping the life of a wererat, with help from Falkon, she has earned herself a mysterious and glittery wing tattoo on her back; wherever the markings touched have also healed the scars of where her original wings once were.

Long Term Goals:

-Currently she is looking for pieces of an ethereal being that had been watching over her since she had awoken on the shores of Waterdeep. Known only as Fragment, she hopes to bring the being back together again. [3 pieces collected]

-Help those being enslaved by Xanthar's Guild and ensure her own freedom in the process

-Perhaps learn of her past; she still isn't sure if this is something she wants to pursue but it is an option as a man has been said to be looking for her around town.

-Meet and maybe even befriend more dragons.

Short Term Goals:

-Learn everyone's birthdays

-Work with and possibly train Pookah

-Teach Felix Infernal and maybe a few spells

Fiona Callahan: Surrogate mother and the one who found her, Fiona has become a very important person in Elara's life. She calls her Mom and wholeheartedly loves the woman. She hides her sweet side to save face in front of her patrons to keep them in line. Honestly she spoils the Tiefling and is very protective of her. Elara is doing her best to help the woman keep her business afloat, and keeping the tavern up to snuff. But has to do so secretly because Fiona is a very proud woman.

Tanvo: Or Tan Tan as Elara affectionately refers to him, to his dismay at times. He's family though she won't say how or why. The Orc is the bouncer of the Silken Sylph, more or less, and has become a source of influence on the Tiefling... Which explains her promiscuous lifestyle. He's a good man, but is very... Into hookers.

Felix: The young fey boy who saved her life and in turn she saved his. She didn't expect bringing him back with her would result in her becoming his legal guardian, but life has become a funny thing since she dove into adventuring. He's a very sweet boy and one she enjoys spending time with. She wants to teach him everything she knows and to make him happy. So anything but smiles is not allowed. It seems she's learned a thing or two from Fiona and is very protective of him.

-=The Party=-

Falkon: The leader of the Broken Compass and unofficial but kind of obviously her big brother at this point. She enjoys his company, gets along very well with him, and appreciates his patient approach when it comes to her. He reminds her a bit of Fiona in that they are hard and cold outwardly, but inside are ooey gooey bundles of warmth and compassion. After having saved her life countless times at this point she feels protective of him and is much more compliant with whatever he requests of her.

Erhan: She doesn't know much about the wizard, and is a bit guarded around him since he doesn't speak much of himself. He acts a lot like a disappointed parent and she can't stand it. Through no fault of his own a lot of his mannerisms rub her the wrong way and remind her of things she doesn't entirely recall. The only thing that comes back being unpleasant feelings so she doesn't speak with him much. Trust is important, and it is lacking between the two.

Max: Elara loves this big oaf. He is handsome, hilarious, and just a riot to be around. While some of his antics even have her questioning things, she still enjoys spending time with him when she can. Unfortunately that isn't often seeing as how he seems to sleep like a hibernating bear. But it makes spending time with him all the more special when it happens.

-=NPCs=-

Damien: She loves him too! He's just as fun as Max, and they share a lot of similarities. It's not often that Bards get along but the two of them seem to be two peas in a pod. They like to play pranks together and both seem to have a similar taste in their men. Who doesn't love big and dumb? He has a wonderful sense of humor and loves a good game of cards.

Voltirin |Quelana|Lordran|Yorshka: SILVER DRAGON!!!! At first she was terrified of Voltirin and Quelana; they were human looking when she first met them, were mistaken for Dragonborn [not an entire lie], and then after some drinks said they would take her and the Wizard flying. Only to then turn into giant silver Dragons. In time she coped with the fact the fairytales were actually true and befriended the two. Even going on to help them find their elder brother, Lordran. Eventually meeting their other sibling Yorshka. They all are very kind, a little silly, and seem just as fascinated in her as she is in them. She hopes they all get to hang out again soon.

Lothric: COPPER DRAGON!!!! The step-sibling to the Silver Dragon kids. A bit of a stuck up and while she didn't get to talk with him much she found him interesting and wants to get to know him better.

Willow: Fiance and baby momma to Falkon. Willow has assumed the big sister role, whether she likes it or not, when it comes to Elara. She's very kind and patient. Willing to help and very laid back; she likes hanging out with her. She wants to more, but now that baby is here it's hard to get together and have girls days. She's a tad awkward around the woman after a series of misunderstandings and odd happenstances, and will be cordial but otherwise will avoid her.

Moss: The father of many, the young [in appearance] man sort of frightens her. He's very nice, but also goes about things in a very... Unconventional manner. He's killed her once and caused several panic attacks for the Tiefling at this point. Withholding important information that's put the group in harm's way. Though she still respects him, she's decided to take a much more cautious approach to him.

Bark: Brother to Willow and son to Moss. He's a very sweet guy and extremely gentlemanly. Once the recipient of her affections things ended a bit... Blandly? Now she avoids him to keep from awkward encounters, but knows she can't do that forever.
