Jericho's Ownership

Upon receiving a design, all rights are transferred to the new owner with some limitations.

-Designs original artwork may not be used for NFTs (Non fungible tokens), if found being used as an NFT a DMCA takedown or Cease and Desist will be filed against the artwork in question and the user risks being blacklisted. 

-Extra ToS may not be added to designs by anyone other than Neothebaka. This includes adding a sale/trade/gift cooldown, revoking the design except for cases of scamming, adding a price maximum (example: Design can only be sold for X value + added artwork), prohibition of redesigning, etc

-A design may be revoked by Neothebaka in only specific cases where payment was not received, payment was charged back by the buyer after purchase, or a scam was used knowingly to receive the design. 

General ToS

-Designs may be sold/traded/gifted at any time to another person with no transfer cooldown.

-Designs may be sold/traded/gifted for any price regardless of how the design was obtained.

-Designs may be redesigned to however owner wishes

-Designs may be used for breedables/offspring/twins 

-Designs will not be revoked if the ToS is broken unless it was knowingly wrongfully obtained (See section 1)

-Commercial use of designs is allowed, the original artwork created by Neothebaka however may not be used for commercial use without explicit permission. Artwork created by the owner may be used as the owner sees fit. Artwork by others is up to the individual artist's decision of the artwork may be used for commercial use.

TLDR Once ownership is transferred to the new owner, they obtain the rights to do what they please with the design unless specified in the above ToS. If you have any questions please contact Neothebaka

Commercial use permission updates, old designs purchased prior to 5/30/2023 are grandfathered into this change now being allowed for commercial use.
