this is from an rp a couple years ago- while many aspects are based on canon things, others have been edited to suit the rp setting.

|:|APPEARANCE|:| Five is medium height, with a fairly slight build. He has deep russet fur, and a dark set of horns as well as antlers that he sheds each winter. When outside, especially during colder months, he usually wears the same tan jacket.
|:|PERSONALITY|:| Five is suspicious of most people by default. When approached by a stranger, he immediately assumes they want something from him, and tries to find out what as quickly as possible.

|:|FAMILY|:| Five's mother passed away when he was 21, and he doesn't particularly get along with his father. He has an older brother named Alexander, and they're very close.
|:|BACKGROUND/BACKSTORY|:| Five grew up in a lower middle-class home with his parents and older brother. He earned the nickname "Five" in middle school, and goes pretty much exclusively by that. Alexander was always a high achiever, studying hard to become a biochemist. While Five did feel a little overshadowed, he never resented his brother. It would have been very easy for him to, as his father constantly reminded him of how well Alex was doing, and "what are you doing with your life? Pissing your way through school, wasting your time." Five dropped out of high school and moved out of his parents house, picking up a minimum-wage job at a video rental store. His mother was diagnosed with lung cancer, but most of the times when Five tried to visit her, the trip ended with him getting in a screaming match with his father. Alexander tried to visit as well, but his job kept him away. He still sent money to cover his mother's hospital bills. The video store Five worked at closed down the same week that his mother passed away, and he kind of retreated into himself, barely leaving his apartment until he got evicted for failing to pay rent. He was homeless for a while- he knew he could ask his brother for help, but doing so felt like admitting defeat.
