Uppon touching them she inflicts really hard stress on them (she cant harm them physically) what the victim brain understands as HARD physical pain, making them unable to move or perfom any action.
If by this the victim isnt able to wake up, go back to their body or there isnt someone to move them she'll steal their soul|existence (no one will remember them)

By doing this she gains more power, her goal is to be able to trasspass the real world barrier and take revenge to those that killed her and her sister (presumably)

Running from her never an option, she can be at different places at the same time.
