Skills: Able to manipulate the laws of Science around him, to the point where he is walking in mid-air, water, literal fire (not coals), doing tricks and everyday stuff on the elements. (Periodic table of elements)

Likes: Being fabulous, helping others, Reputation, healing, pirating, traveling by sea, the brisk cold harbor wind as he sails through the air.

Dislikes: narcissism. Abuse. Enemy ships, drama, being reminded of how he passed.

Fears: being turned for the selfish use of a warlock.

Weakness: Takes a lot of hits, but has the anger of a tsunami.

Bio: When he lived, he was a science student before his town got attacked by sea pirates. Soon joining the ranks after 4 years of captivity, he soon started to have fun, being weird to survive the life of a sea pirate. Literally taking it up to people like MEttaton, that the reason that he’s taking their fans is that he isn’t a stuckup. After his 18th birthday, ship was attacked burned, and sunk during a mission, resulting in his red skin. When he awoke, he took up science and contortioning for spirituality reasons. 

Rebelle’s timeline was genocidal...but Rebelle’s soul is perseverance not determination.  Before he became a pirate though, he was a science student who had a breakthrough, on the power of the mind. Before his town was attacked by the S.S Underground. After 4 years of captivity, he managed to break the limits of his body’s flexibility, and break every rule of science you can think of. Able to manipulate everything around him as he pleases. When Chara comes and attacks the ship full of the underground’s monsters...(S.S. Underground) He could not reset and save them all. He died as a human, and respawned as the last monster of the underground, feeling life was unfinished with him. Despite in the loss of everyone. He came back hoping the S.S Underground would be unharmed and everyone would be there, like it was all a dream...but that wasn’t the case. He woke up, to his ship at the bottom of the ocean.

When it’s gone, Chara goes to torment him, as he travels aimlessly throughout the multiverses.
