Leila and Quentin's oldest (and favorite) son, Tori was hell in a handbasket when he was a kid. He and Rich would get into a LOT of trouble as kids, mostly for fighting each other.
He mellowed out as a teenager though, for a while his mother was concerned he'd either whacked his head or started smoking weed. Turns out he just really found painting relaxing, and that's pretty much exclusively how he spent his spare time.
Florence and Tori were very close friends as teenagers, with Florence occasionally poking fun at him for being such a romantic.

When Florence came forward with her idea of starting a human trafficking branch to the family business, he turned so fucking pale she thought he'd pass out.
Really he was just terrified of what his mother would do to him if she found out he was in on it, but that fear passed quickly when he found out Leila had been IN ON IT.
He handles any rough customers and will occasionally pick potential targets. Tori has friends in the real-estate business and managed to get an old dorm building renovated for their stock to live in temporarily. He did not skimp on it either, comfortable beds, clean rooms, and even a staff of maids and nurses to keep everything clean and everyone healthy.

Few people have accused him of having no respect for women, saying he only sees them as objects.
He quickly corrects them with a verbal warning, but if they insist he will break their nose.

Tori is sly, snappy and business savvy, and for some ungodly reason very charming. He met his wife by complete accident at a party he and Florence had been invited too by one of their business partners. She was the business man's daughter, who was specifically instructed to stay AWAY from the snarky ginger by her father. Delilah didn't listen too terribly well. He bumped into her and turned into a beet red, mumbling mess, which of course made her laugh. When her dad spotted the two talking he almost flipped his lid, until he realized how much of a mess Tori seemed to be around his daughter. The man allowed them to date, on the condition Tori didn't fuck around.
Tori was offended the man thought he would.
They ended up getting married after three years of dating, and since day one it was clear Tori only had eyes for Delilah.
Delilah and Tori have three kids, Sarah, Roxy, and Leiland. 

He does have a scar running over his right eye from a fight he and Rich had gotten into as kids, he had whacked his head on the edge of the kitchen counter.
If you hadn't noticed, Leila's family has a tendency for issues with their right eye, Quentin has a scar just under his.
