Human form - Stands about 5'11". Yellow streaks along his hair. Gold rings on several fingers. Super narcisstic and devious. His specific power takes the form of a "mist" or smoke.
"Bird" form - About 18' tall. Mix of leathery (scale-less) hide and feathers. Outer wingtip feathers are bladed and webbed (semi-transparent). Constantly releasing a gray-purple smoke from openings along his beak, neck, and tail.
