grew up with rat as a kid!! :3 billies mom was gon alot becoz she was a nature photographer.. (still is but cureently shes MIA wtf?!?!).. so she travels alot hence why shes gone so ofen :3 since billies mom n rats momy were bestiess billies mom often left billie with rats momy (fatherless child moment but current day billie doesnt care) !! so they hung out prety often an stuf but bilie iwad older than rat by lets say hypothetically one or two years ☝️😮 so they probly got each othr into troubl alot and wasnt the best influence on him!??! oh well ^_^ right now they kinda have a sonic and knuckles relationship LMAO but theyre also mirroring off of their mothers in a way when they were younger!! billie has a weird crush on rat, despite knowing hes taken but rats oblivious to it... very similar to their mothers ehehe :3
