Finn

Currently being studied at a facility, Finn spends most of his time in a large tank of sorts, home to a few crabs and other fish. He was pulled ashore by a local fisherman, who turned him into authorities. Finn's origins are unknown, and he doesn't seem keen on talking about them. On a related note, he seems keen on wearing clothes despite his appearance. He'll often get angry if his keepers do not supply him with new t-shirts when the one he's wearing will wear out.
