4. Resale, Trading, and Gifting

A) The client may resell the pre-made design rights to another person only if the following conditions are met: i. Only designs obtained via paypal USD purchase can be resold. ii. You may only resell the design for its original sale price, or lower. iii. You must link the new buyer to the original design sheet you purchased from. iv. All credits to Paranoid-Sketches must remain intact. B) It is the responsibility of the client that is re-selling/trading/gifting the design to inform the potential buyer/recipient of my terms and conditions. C) You may purchase a design as a gift for someone else. i. The client must identify the recipient of the design, and the recipient is required to have some form of online presense or handle for me to provide ownership to. The recipient cannot be "anonymous" or have no online presense. ii. A buyer can contact me to request that a recipient's name or handle is kept private for a set period of time (birthdays, holidays, etc). D) If you receive the purchased design as a gift, as a trade in exchange for another design, or any other art services, you are not permitted to resell it. You may only trade it for other artwork/designs, or gift it to someone else. The same rules apply to the recipient where applicable.
