kithood [ 0 - 6 moons ] >
    Stormykit was born last in her litter, making her to youngest of Twistedleg's and Bluestem's kits. She and her littermates, Skykit and Zephrkit were born healthy, not knowing the loss their parents felt having lost most of their previous two litters but feeling it in their parent's cation. Despite being the youngest, Stormykit never hesitated to try and take charge. She sees herself as the families protector, and something of a mentor believing she’s always right and just in her actions. She hasn’t adapted her families reservations and fearlessly pushes them to be more social and active.
She was a generally happy and naive kit, blind to the troubles of the adult world. Still, she always acted as if she already had all the answers and was ready for anything.
Towards the end of her kithood however, her young nephew Blossomkit succumbed to illness. It was her first time experiencing death and what grief did to the ones she loved. Still, she tried her best to keep Pricklekit company and comfort him the only way she knew how.


apprenticeship [ 6 - 12 moons ] >
  The day came for the three sisters to be made apprentices, Stormypaw had been bouncy and joyful over the occasion. When given her new name and being assigned to Thunderstrike, the young she-cat was not disappointed. She often had a hard time relating to the tom, but admired his strength and often sought to be like him.
Some time into her apprenticeship, however, things changed for the worse. Her sister Skypaw died as well as her mentor. Stormypaw wound up having to be reassigned to a new cat, Acorntail a young talkative she-cat who was just as bubbly and energetic as herself, if not more so. With Acorntail's help, Stormypaw was able to complete her apprenticeship and learn the skills she needed. They made the perfect team, chasing down and putting an end to the rabbit invasion as well as making new friends and brightening their clanmates spirits.

warriorhood [ 12 - ? moons ] >
  Stormypaw became Stormygloom, named for her stealth and her shadow-like pelt. It was a rather ironic name, gloom for such a happy outgoing cat, but she loved it anyway. She and Zephyrfrost continued to be close though things were difficult at times.
Stormygloom was assigned her first apprentice, a brown-furred tom named Ryepaw. He was an interesting young cat, difficult at times, but she couldn't wait to see him grow into a proper warrior. Twolegs started being noticed around the territory, often leaving traps and coming and going. A few of her clanmates seemed concerned, but Stormygloom was confident that all would be well.

  Stormygloom was captured during a patrol, and brought to the two-leg place hissing and scratching. She and the other cats who had been taken captive were made sterile and given vaccines during their stay. Finally, the two-legs put a notch in Stormygloom's ear to mark her as one of the cats they'd taken.

Since returning home, Stormygloom has done her best to put her past behind her. She's been spending more time with her clanmates and just doing her best for all of them. Never again would she let something like that happen to her or someone she cares about.
The rogue attacks happened, a group calling themselves the Storm raided Cloudclan camp and chased them all out again.  Stormygloom once again was unable to help her clanmates against this threat, leaving Cloudclan to rely on the help of other clans. Thankfully they did succeed, and the Storm was chased off once and for all when Goldenstar killed Onyx. But it would never be enough and now all Cloudclanners had to be constantly watching for the next threat. 

Mostly Stormygloom just worked to pass the time, though she enjoyed helping Shadeleaf where she could.
Her sister Olivescreech had a beautiful litter of four kits. Stormygloom knew now that she'd never be pregnant or have kits the same way, she'd need to find a surrogate to carry kits for her and that didn't seem likely. At least Olive's kits were kit enough for all of them. Cloudclan was practically bursting with new life, even in this harsh leaf-bare.
Sadly her mother Bluestem passed away one night in her sleep shortly after her grandkits became apprentices.

Stormygloom was once again made a cat's mentor, this time her apprentice was a spiky little sourpuss named Thistlepaw. Sure his attitude could use some work, but he was almost adorable with his tough-loner act.
She was sympathetic to his story, although she didn't really know much of it, it sounded like the poor kid had it rough. Still, he was an apprentice now and as much as she thought he was still just a cute writtle baby who needed to be protected, he needed to grow up and do as he was told if he wanted to become a warrior like herself.

War was declared against Marshclan and Emberclan. Peaceful days never lasted long did they? Thistlepaw had never experienced events like these though, Stormygloom worried that he would be unprepared for the sorts of horrors that awaited him, but he still refused her help or friendship. In fact, his attitude towards her only grew worse as he would unsheath his claws and admittedly refuse to do the things she instructed. Stormygloom wouldn't back down or be intimidated by her own apprentice of course, she'd just have to wait it out. Why was Thistlepaw so defiant all the time?
She slowly learned more about his issues with his family, mostly it seemed that he had a strained relationship with his sisters and father. Thistlepaw was still young and learning, but he couldn't just cut out his clanmates. They needed each other.

The one time she lets Thistlepaw go on patrol without her-
The day was perfectly fine until her nephew Leafdrift came running back to camp and exclaimed that there was trouble at the border. Stormygloom had to go, she had to help fight off Marshclan cats and bring her apprentice home alive. When she got there, the battle was chaotic. Everything was happening too fast, but there was no sign of Thistlepaw anywhere.
She came across Mottledfoot who ran off, and Starlingfeather who helped her. It seemed... Mottledfoot had done something awful and went too far in her fight against a ginger marshclan she-cat. Stormygloom knew this battled had to end before anyone else got killed. She asked Starlingfeather to help her, that they were going to call everyone to retreat. It might be difficult without a deputy or leader there, but surely cats would listen, right?
The retreat was called, and it seemed to actually be working. Cats were listening to her!
A snap- a branch fell from the tree she was standing under. Stormygloom died and went to Starclan that day.
