rosie grew up in a pretty bad environment. while she knew her mother loved her, the love was fogged up by a dependence on drugs and the like. rosie would end up alone at quite a young age, getting put into a group home in the city. the situation there wasn’t any better as she’d often fight tooth and nail to keep from getting harassed by others.

the occult would eventually peak her interest as she got older. she made friends with a group of people with the same fascination in high school, and they’d often get together to try different things. they would touch on demon summoning, but rosie herself was put off of the idea and would bail in the middle of it. with the encouragement of her boyfriend, however, they were successfully able to summon a demon in her presence. the demon was there to make a deal, which included a sacrifice. the group threw rosie under the bus and she was killed. unfortunately for them, rosie would come to as a supernatural being. the demon in her needed to feed, and so the rest were killed.

after that day, her and the group were considered “missing”. she didn’t return to her group home, knowing that they’ll pin her for the disappearances of the others. she instead made the decision to move back into town... not before encountering another possessed person, however. seeing them become animalistic with only the intentions of feeding and surviving made rosie disgusted. she took it upon herself to cleanse the area of any real demons, starting with the town.
