Small, teddy bear like robot. Was originally designed as assistant similar to how Siri or Alexa work but this particular design was scrapped due to flaws in it's internal mechanisms. 02, as its name suggests, was the second one to be created. 

Competition from other companies had overwhelmed the one which made 02 and eventually it closed down. It's unknown who had originally created these small robots, and 02 is the only working robot left.
