Personality

Despite being shy at first, Quinn is known to be usually friendly to those she meets. However, there are some days where she can get lonely especially as a Magical Girl, but she tries not to let that get to her. She doesn't really like fighting other Magical Girls, but will if needed.

Quinn's backstory

Quinn used to live in America with her family, having two close childhood friends with her until they moved to Japan for a new start thanks to her father’s work and mother’s friend helping them out while they live in Mitakihara City. After moving, Quinn had a difficult time making new friends in her new school due to her lack of Japanese and became homesick. She continued staying in contact with her friend via online but still felt lonely without them with her.

One night, after staying up studying and practicing Japanese, Kyuubey somehow entered her room. She passed him off as her probably falling asleep and dreaming him up. Kyuubey tells her that she can make a contract with him by making a wish and becoming a magical girl. After some questioning she makes the wish of seeing her friends again face to face to get rid of her loneliness. The next morning, she wakes up with a ring on her finger and a soul gem in her hand. Her mother calls her to tell her the news of her friends coming over to visit for a week. She was excited to know that her wish came true and her friends were coming over. While waiting for the day to come, she began to start fighting Witches and their Familiars.

Over time she’s started to get used to it and finally, the day of her friends coming over arrived… or so she thought. As her family were about to head to the airport and wait, news came out about one of the airplanes crashing upon taking off, leaving injuries and a few deaths… with the two friends being the few who passed away. This left Quinn being devastated over her friend's death, and almost becoming a witch after blaming herself for this to happen. After a while she quickly tried to recover her loss and continued to fight witches despite her still feeling miserable, remembering her friends and the support they used to give her helps her keep going to fight.

Relationships

Quinn has a pretty close relationship with her parents and rarely have any problems with them. Though she becomes more guilty everytime she has to lie to her parents in order to hide her new secret life from them.

She's also close with her new school friends, especially Sunako Hata. She often eats lunch together with them as well
