Summary:

Yuki is a hard working father who's only goal is make sure his daughter is living the best live he can give her. Currently having bad times with romance (and not noticing his new co worker putting the moves on him).

Childhood:

He was abandoned as an infant and was raised in an orphanage where he was emotionally and physically abused by the nuns and older children there. Around 7, he was kidnapped by a goop monster who wanted to make him into her child then was infected by her when they rescued him from her grasp. Around 15, he was put in the foster care system with a nice enough foster family that helped him feel loved and even gained a crush on his foster dad's daughter,  and got her pregnant early by accident. 

Around that time, he was feeling effects from the infection he had as a child and ends up Dee destroying the high school til he was contained and moved to an island full of monsters. Since she was pregnant with his child, they forced his girlfriend to move there with him and they married early. Unfortunately she grew to resent him during the pregnancy and dies in childbirth, leaving Yuki as a single teen dad who had to take any job he could before Monster Monitor was implemented. 

Young Adulthood:

Once he hit his twenties, he thought he was ready to try romance again and dated his senior coworker Levi for a while til they separated since he wasn't over his late wife at the time. She also got pregnant with his child, but due to strict dragon laws, Yuki can only see his second daughter in secret. He tried dating again a few years later and tried dating men to see how he likes it. while his first boyfriend was a toxic abusive asshat, Yuki concludes that he does like both men and women but is just not good at romance and decided from now on, he'll just focus on his daughter's happiness.
