As the creator I hold copyright to the design and give partial credits to the current owner. I ask that if any designs are resold/traded/gifted that you do not give them to a blacklisted user. Please view my blacklist document before attempting to resell/retrade/regift/etc.

Understand that my designs have a 48 hour cooldown in which they cannot be resold, traded, or gifted once received. 

✩ General Rules and Regulations:

All designs made by me must remain on Toyhou.se with my username, (PeachiiBees) assigned as the creator. Refrain from selling my designs to blacklisted users, and try to keep them on toyhouse. If the person you are trading to does not own an account, contact me and I will provide them with a code.

✩ Character Worth:

All designs will have a base value attached, which will always be found in the ownership log. The base value is the maximum price it can be sold for unless there has been more art added to the design. Do not inflate the price for sentimental value or otherwise. Gift art does not increase worth.

✩ Resell Policy:

All of my designs have the ability to be resold, retraded, or regifted; however, they will be on a cooldown of 48 hours starting at the time the owner receives the design.

Once the cooldown has ended, you may:

• Resell at the base value unless art has been added to increase its worth (in which it becomes its current value).
• Retrade or regift the design

You may not:

• Resell the design if received in a trade, if art has not been added since obtaining the design, if it was gifted to you. The only exception is during emergency sales.
• Resell/retrade/regift the design to a blacklisted member

✩ Edits and Design Alterations:

Designs can be altered so long as the character is still recognizable to the original.

You may change aspects of the design, such as:

• The addition or removal of clothing, accessories, hair, tail lengths/shapes, ear shapes, etc.
• The addition or removal of limbs, wings, horns, spikes, or other body modifications.
• Changing the hue of the original design/artwork to add alternate designs.
  Changing the species (i.e. canine to feline)
• You may ONLY do hue changes over my existing artwork. Besides that, do NOT draw overtop of my work. If you wish to alter the design, do so by creating a new drawing.

✩ Closed Species alterations:

Changing my design to fit the requirements of a closed or open species is permitted, as long as I am still credited for the design. You may use the design in a MYO (make your own) slot.
Alternatively, if the design is a part of a species and you wish to remove it, please confront the species owners about it. If given the all clear, you may de-species the design.
