Positives
➸ leader crowley grew up leading. needless to say, the influence the military had on him was quite the strong one. despite the fact that he prefers to work alone, should he need to work with others, he would have no problem technicality-wise with leading them. he is firm, and believes in listening to those he is leading the most. this is actually one of his most easily noticed traits, as, even when he works with only one or two others, he tends to make firm decisions, speak up, and overall tends to be a leader even in everyday life.

➸ loyal if one were to call crowley a traitor, it would most likely be a lie. crowley is incredibly loyal in many ways; loyal to his squad, family, friends, even his country as a whole -- the entirety of winderia, not just the western side of the conflict. he believes that loyalty is one of the best qualities someone can have and values it highly in others. he also teachs loyalty to those that he teachers
➸ humorous despite the fact that he certainly canbe serious if the need be, crowley tends to joke around with the ones he knows. this can be in the form of...anything, really. playful insults, flirting, puns, cheesy jokes, anything. if you ask him to tell you a joke, he'll probably have one ready for you. this humorous attitude actually helps a lot; when he can tell someone else is upset or uncomfortable, he'll try to be more silly and joke around more around them to get their cheer back. he'll also act this way a lot around children as a way to entertain them. most are surprised when they learn of this trait, but he doesn't mind.
➸ organized disorganization bothers him greatly, which is unfortunate since he lives with minnie, who is about the complete opposite. he tidies things a lot and tends to be very specific on where something goes or where it should be sorted to. this is especially evident with any sort of paper work he finds himself doing, as it is usually left neat and nice-looking when he is finished. however, during the later hours, this trait seems to disappear completely, and he can become very disorganized and scrambled while working at night.

➸ introverted crowley both thinks better and does better when he's alone, and usually prefers to keep to himself rather than get into social situations. people just aren't his thing. however, should he be forced into a situation that he is required in and there are a lot of people, he generally won't feel anything other than mild discomfort or unease. he just tends to work better in smaller groups or alone.
➸ quiet despite the fact he tends to be somewhat of a joker sometimes, crowley is usually fairly quiet around most. he generally only speaks when there is a need or a real want to, and he dislikes to talk more than he should, as he feels it is rude to others. even if he wants to say something, sometimes, he'll keep silent due to his quiet nature.
➸ compulsive crowley lives in the moment sometimes a little too much, and this trait is direct evidence of that. though it has its positives and negatives, he can be incredibly compulsive and finding himself doing or trying things merely on a whim. given a lot of time, he can come up with excellent, unique and well-thought plans, but just in the heat of the moment, this is something that is very difficult for him. this compulsiveness also leads to a sense of overwhelmingness that usually feeds into panic, as his mind wants to plan it out but his body wants to take action at that particular moment.
➸ strict yes, crowley can be humorous and amusing sometimes, but that doesn't at all mean he can't be strict. he prefers to keep things strict so that things go well, be it for preparedness, teaching or anything.

Negative
➸ prideful despite his best efforts, crowley can be a little prideful at times, whether in be pride in his abilities or something that he's done. he admits to it, though, multiple times, and considers it a severe flaw of his. sometimes, this pride is simply confidence, which isn't a bad thing, obviously...but sometimes, his pride can make him get very competitive, and he hates losing or being proved wrong, like most.
➸ harsh sometimes, should one get crowley angry or upset, he can be very harsh and blunt. he tends to lose a certain filter when someone gets him angry, which can lead him to saying things he honestly didn't mean to, possibly losing long-held friendships due to this. a similar thing happens if he's ever intoxicated, as he tends to be quite...emotional whenever he is, and angrying him is just as easy as getting him depressed in this state.  
➸ stubborn while this is not necessarily completely a bad trait, crowley can be excessively stubborn sometimes. he doesn't enjoy having authority over him much anymore, having grown out of that by a long shot, and due to his prideful tendencies, hates being embarrassed, even small, by something. he's hardheaded and, if he gets his mind set on something, that's not going to change...unless you're more stubborn, or just more persusasive.
➸ mistrusting while there isn't really too much of a reason for this mistrust, as he has come across very few traitors and backstabbers in his time, he still tends to be mistrusting against a lot of other people. you have to really earn his trust if you want him to share anything with you.

➵ Family

Crowley's father is named James Carr Day, and his mother's name is Alicia Madison Day. They were both middle-class citizens of Brenoth, living in the capital, Silvergate. Crowley was originally going to have a little sister, but due to a miscarriage, this simply did not happen. Thus, he has no other siblings. His parents are still alive and together, living in the small Brenth-Winderian town of Whitestone. He does not, however, correspond with them any longer. He is unsure if they think he is still alive. In the future, he would like to see them again, but he cannot right now.
