Mordecai is a dragon but his skin is smoothed not scaled. He is a curious but shy fellow. He's really only himself when he's with Vulcan, otherwise he is very cautious when meeting other creatures. He spends most of his time exploring caves as he loves to explore new places and find their secrets. He does occasionally fly (his wings are hidden) but only when playing with or being near Vulcan and when in danger.
