Alstor is constantly crying tears of blood. He is sentenced to death. Constantly suffering from pain, he gets aggressive easily. Alone he wanders through the woods.
There is no cure.

He is mostly in a bad mood but that's due to him being in constant pain. His only relief is his marble. Thereby it's his most important item and he won't let anyone come close to it. He protects it with his life. Which is too short anyways. The illness will take his life one day. Until then he is ust trying to live a decent life. He would love to have someone around him - a friend or comrade - but he is afraid to get close to others since he will leave the world before them. So he pushes everyone away, as well as his own feelings.
He is often exhausted due to the pain and the depression. So he sleeps a lot - but he doe snot sleep well. He has nightmares and just can't seem to calm down. Too huge the anxiety. The possibility somone could take his marble while he sleeps. So he tries to stay only sleep at places he feels somewhat safe. But even then he can't fully calm down.
He is restless.

Unrealistically, but he hopes for a cure of his illness. And to live a decent and happy life after. But since that's not possible, he just hopes for the pain to not increase more.
Meaningful Possessions
Obsessed with his marble. Because she is the only thing able to give him comfort through pain relief and she can keep him alive longer. She is able to slow the illess process down.

Acts of Service. But he has noone he can give his love to.

Deadly afraid of loosing his marble. He isn't as afraid of dying as he is of loosing his marble. He is more afraid of suffering in unbearable pain than death itself.
