Freebie Rules/ TOS:
1) Do NOT retrade/ resell without first adding three pieces of colored, fullbody art (either commissioned or drawn by current owner). I do not permit the retrading/ reselling of OCs designed by me received as freebies without added value.
2) If value is added (artwork/ physical items) please DM me and I will change Ownership Permissions.

1) Do NOT resell/ retrade for a value greater than true monetary value. (I.e. If purchased for $100 do not trade/ resell for greater value.)
2) Do NOT delete design from Toyhou.se (I like to keep track of my designs).
3) Do NOT upload the raw OC to Amino Apps (Amino is notorious for OC theft; “raw“, meaning, uploading without watermarks, uploading references sheets.)
4) Credit me for the design. (I.e. If uploaded off-site, credit me properly for the design by linking back to my profile.)
5) If the OC is set to “authorized only” or “only me” on Toyhou.se, please DM/ PM me a an access key.
6) Absolutely do NOT remove my credits or miscredit me; do NOT claim this design as your own.
7) Please do no gift/ trade/ resell my designs to the user in this PSA (goes by many different names/ identities; thief; scammer; harasser; ban evader), OR to anyone on my Blacklist. My designs are absolutely NOT allowed, and will NEVER be allowed, to be used by these people.
8) Do NOT abuse this design. (I.e. Do not repeatedly retrade/ resell design repeatedly to different users multiple times over. Do not copy/ knock-off design. Do not use the design for commercial usage [logo usage]. Etc.)
9) Do NOT make large changes to the design without asking me first. (Small changes are okay. I.e. eye color, nail color, stripe count, etc.) DOES NOT APPLY TO SKETCH FREEBIES.
