About
Became a fallen angel after he murdered some angels that were part of a royal bloodline. He didn't murder them because they were of that bloodline it was only mere coincidence; if he had continued killing regular angel citizens he might not have been caught. Even though he is a fallen angel, he doesn't have many qualms with angel society. He just enjoys mischief and murder. They are a pretty awful person, lack any and all remorse for their harmful actions. One of the few fallen angels that deserved to be branded and outcast, to be honest he should have been executed but I suppose Eden didn't mind him wreaking havoc on Earth.
Ability
His ability is to generate a black sandy substance that emits toxic black cloud of smoke that only he is immune to. Because there is a limited amount of how much he can generate at a time, they are constantly creating it and storing it in jars, vials and bottles that he carries with him. The substance dissipates after a couple of hours.
Personality
Evil, sadistic, cold. Unpredictable but caluclating. Blood thirsty and ruthless, no remorse.
