Summary of history; Keawe grew up in a tribal society that values tradition over innovation and convince. As such, Keawe has grown to hate rapid, modern progress. She was also raised to be rather mistrustful of outsiders particularly after the war began and the corruption started to spread. Eventually it reached her island's shores. Demonic poessions lead to an influx of strange happenings including cannibalism in animals, mysteriously vanishing into the jungle, and people taking on various physical animalistic traits. But most notably was an outbreak that caused plants to grow out if people's skin. man eating plants at that. Keawe was one of several villagers to get posessed/infected. The plant growing out if her skin was particularly vicious and not only ate other people but had a habit of tasting Keawe herself. Prior to that, Keawe was a hunter/gatherer and was taught the importance of an honorable hunt (not to be wasteful or to hunt pointlessly). After being freed of the infection she struggled to go back to hunting at all and instead became a spiritual healer. She also became more open to outsiders after several of them helped drive the corruption out.

Personaltiy: Keawe is an intuitive and deep thinking person. She mostly keeps to herself but tends to take charge when it is needed. She finds it hard to turst people, especially outsiders. Plant's Personality: the plant attached go her has its own personality--it is a natrual born leader sort. It is an imposing a rough being and is rather ill tempered and impatient. It likes to cut to the chase. it is very quick to become agitated and will lash out and strike pretty much anything without provocation.
