Buttermilk

Buttermilk is a sea otter that's grown up in Treat Land. She's playful, enthusiastic, and independent. She does her own thing- not caring about other's opinions of her- or she's just oblivious to it.

Buttermilk often jumps to conclusions and comes up with convoluted solutions for simple problems. She often gets Yoyo or Cookie to go along with these plans, or ropes them into whatever her latest obsession is.

She has a hard time focusing and gets sidetracked often.
