 T H E C O U N T

Old are the tales about the ones without fangs. About the Cut and the the Colds. The Cut are Foolings who betrayed the law by eating Fooling, Deity or Human meat, or by drinking their blood. The Cells and blood of these beings have too much magic and power, so that by consuming them, the unstable balance of good and bad in a Fooling could be changed. To mark Foolings who did such a crime and to warn others, the law decided to cut the fangs of such a criminal. They are cut or completely missing, even in their human form. The Cold on the other hand are a different story. These are Foolings that were not raised by good-willed creatures, but ones with negative energy. Because the Foo, young and innocent, got great exposure to such an energy force, their genetic structure started to change. They no longer need to consume energy or meat to keep them healthy. They drink blood. Since the law forbids them to drink from the ones listed above, they usually feast on animals only. Vampfoos always have retractable teeth, Changing Pupil and red eyes.

The Count is one of the Colds. Not many know that though, since usually they keep their fangs out. Only their dearest friends and deity know about their true identity. They love to be dramatic and to make scenes. When not showing off their big black wings, they wear a cape. But while they try to pretend to be very full of themselves, they are actually very insecure and anxious about the opinions of others. They got rejected once by his parents and they don't want this to happen again. They are the protector of a Health Deity.
