Decane has almost always been a wanderer, hardly staying in one place. He's quite the emotional nova, and can't help but crack jokes even in the worst of times, speaking first and thinking later. He is also somewhat of a kleptomaniac, if he sees something he likes, he'll probably attempt to 'borrow' it.
