Keat

An unusual, esoteric individual who gleefully runs the Happy Mask Shoppe. Rumor has it that he can imbue masks with magical properties by "speaking kindly and encouraging words" to them. He appeared one day, out of the blue--and set up shop in an decrepit building that had remained uninhabited since before the town had established itself. How the place hadn't been demolished long before Keats arrival is beyond anyone's understanding. He passes himself off as a Hylian, "just like anyone else"; but no one's buying it.
