The thing that attracts so many assassins to her is not only her appearance but her ability to get the job done with ease. But she prefers to stick to what she knows and goes by the motto "Get the job done and go home", which has kinda outcasted her yet people still admire her.

Strength:
She uses both pistols and shoots spontaneously. She times each shot perfectly so when one gun is shot the 2nd one shoots, making it like immediate fire. There's no pause inbetween rounds, unless its to reload.
Cupid's Shot
Strength:
A very weak move, though it's effects are what matter most. Causes confusion, nausea, and the feeling of intense love. Rendering the person incapable of attacking back. The pain would be like getting hit with a paintball, it still hurts but wouldn't kill. Its one of her favorite moves.
Elemental Bullet
Strength:
Depending on her enviornment, this attack could be fatal or a complete failure. She only uses this move to paralyze her opponent or cause a distraction.
Sniper's Aim
Strength:
A very deadly move of hers. She can transform her gun into a long distance pistol with the help of magic she can shoot the bullet farther than usual. It's damage would be the same as being shot upfront. However, she can only use this move once a day. So she prefers not using it unless really needed.
Story
After a sucessful day at work, Arcelion gives her her next job right away. Roselyne didn't mind it but something seemed to bother him about it. He doesn't give her any details other than to kill the boy in the picture. He wasn't eyecandy and she accepted it expecting it to be like any other job... Until she unintentionally met him. That's when things get a bit hectic.
BackStory
She was found floating in the sea at a young age, so Arcelion took her under his wing. He raised and taught her the ways of an Assassin, ultimately allowing her to join the Order of Assassins. She respected him since he was like a father to her and gave her a reason to live. It sounded strange to her at first, but slowly developed immunity towards killing. She was a seasoned killer by the age of 13.
Extra
Her tasks usually landed around Valentine's day, her favorite "holiday" since its aesthetics were pleasing to her. She also has to be around water due to her species kind. So most of her killings were near water, giving her the title of the "Valentine's Killer".
She loves soft pastel lolita-styled clothing, or just anything soft and pastel. She doesn't mind others knowing this since she has nothing to really hide.
