- an unwilling prisoner to the north queen, peki is the son of the queen's childhood friend-turned-enemy (though he doesn't know that).
- smart / cunning / manipulative / perfectly content to take advantage of others for his own gain.
- he sees gin as a way to escape the queen's hold / cement his position within the court and uses gins affection for him to do so

- crown prince and the queen's nephew / sword, gin is loyal to a fault and obeys her every order without question.
- quiet / serious / dependable / infatuated w/ peki (not mutual).
- has a habit of touching / covering his face when he's thinking/nervous/embarrassed
- generally has minor scars all over (i always forget to drawthis). he is like a dorito (i cant draw this).

- peki is like * gaslight gatekeep mansplain manipulate * vs gin is malewife
- peki shows affection but it isn't genuine; gin is wary of touch but desires closeness
- gin looks at peki like :plead: and peki is like :no_mouth:
